Our Story
A family owned and operated business since 1989, it all started with improving the simple towel square, baby's nappy with safety pin closure.
Rose, the founder of Night n Day, listened to the plea of her husband (after his experience attempting to change his Son's nappy) to use her extensive design experience to reimagine the baby's nappy into a safe and easy to apply version.
Rose got to work and launched a baby's nappy with the body contoured shape finished off with a press stud closure.
Her innovation propelled her into the Aged Care space, where the demand was growing for reusable continence solutions.
Rose's range quickly expanded as her customers needs evolved and a complete range of Australia Made, reusable continence solutions was born.
Rose's legacy has been carried on by her son, Michael – a business founded on providing solutions that support our customers getting the specialised products they need so they can live with confidence and dignity.
When Michael ventured into the business full time to work side by side with his Mother, Rose, he carried on her legacy and continued to be driven by our customer needs and the pleading of the industry professionals so our range expanded beyond our own brand of Night n Day reusable solutions.
As Night n Day does, the business adapted, led by customer priorities, and extended into the distribution of disposable incontinence, urology, nutrition, wound care and personal care products – anything that an individual may require to continue quality of care at home.
